I love my job and I love where I work. But I cannot stand my F.O.M which makes me feel like I need to keep my options open for other opportunities. I'd prefer to be in a place where the management sets an example of good work ethic.

Full coverage for myself and my family is my best perk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of us employees are friendly with one another and we have open communication.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
G.M is great. But his only flaw is giving employees benifit of doubt when their actions show they don't care about doing their job. When you see the same unacceptable behavior especially from management, he does nothing about it. Only makes excuses to justify the actions of managers who slack.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team members come to WORK. But a few come to collect a paycheck. So those few make more work for those of us trying to do all we can for the guests. We all get along well. I wish we all had the same work ethic though.
