What do you like best about your company?
The discount on jewelry is substantial
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As far as CEO goes, caring, compassionate, hard-working, and progressive thinking.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
They need to be as customer driven as they claim to be during the interview process
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I personally like to customize each sale. This should be an experience, not just a paycheck.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop being so selfish. Focus on the customer's wants and needs rather than just sellling the highest price piece
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, very. They pretend they want people with higher ethics than competitors. But really, it's just another cut-throat sales position that doesn't value the customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, very selfish individuals. Only thinking about themselves and which items will bring them the highest commission. Competing against coworkers rather than working as a team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I went back 3 times in two days b/c the regional manager wanted to be there for the second interview. Only she was late. So after driving over half an hour to do the interview, I had to go back 3 hours later to do it when she finally arrived.
