Henkel Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The worst is the company car in Germany. it is very, very low

We get a fair yearly payout based on our work ethics.

The pay is very solid compared to the market

Tuition reimbursement, help with student loans, and medical/dental benefits that start on Day 1. My husband is a pharmacist, but my health benefits are better than his, so we use mine.

Bonus package and fair salary

Fairly high since I'm just an intern

It's there for when you need it

a One time Bonus each year, that equals 1,45 salaries-

Car in all sales positions

Review from Sales Dept

Our retirement plans and the health benefits

401k company match, yearly bonus

Review from Operations Dept

bonuses, fair pay, stock options, insurance

Review from Operations Dept

compensation is good, the new people are not paid well

Review from Sales Dept

both salary and benefit package

Employee boxes quarterly are given to the employees so useful with the housework and I like ordering discounted Henkel products from the Henkel Shop.

That it is comparable to other companies in my field.

The Bonus is the best thing

I don’t fact to with this subje

Salary, food and the opportunity to learn

The pay is fair for the role but bonusing and increases are not clearly communicated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They make me feel like im easily replaceable

I would need a pay increase

The pay is not much performance drived.

For the size of the company and the annual profits, employees could be paid more

I think I was good worker but I still get fired after my contract came off.

I quite this company and found a better place to work

They hire in new employees at well above senior operator pay and don't compensate the people expected to train them.

In general, the salary is not competitive in SSC level compared to the market

they do not give any benefits anymore

unfair distribution of salaries among tea members. team leaders usually do not see the differences because in front of their eyes each employee is telling the best, but behind the scenes, you realize how people really work. those who try hard are often less paid than those who underperform.

recognition, growth is lacking in compensation as well
