What do you like best about the leadership team?

Engaging, authentic, practical, hands on

the most of time guildlines and policy show them the way to treat all colleagues

it makes me have to work which I would rather not do

They try and they want to make changes

My direct manager is unavailable, chaotic, and makes my job harder.

Plant manager and others are out of touch with the base level of the job and should be required to learn the things they want their employees to do. Expectations are high, equipment is low, and the workers are on edge. In short, It's a powder keg next to a candle factory. The leadership needs work.

They care about their employees, no layoffs during covid, good benefits

Leadership team genuinely cares about the staff and safety, not just about making a profit.

All right, but they don't know what exactly ther team is working, and how much they are working. So people stay late often.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

GM of brand needs to be present in order for the brand to succeed.

Less marketing and more internal organizational culture, not base on attractive the new generations but more oriented to good performance

understanding short term gains can lead to long term disaster

They need expert people form the field to run the show as they just care of them seats not the running of the business as per market requirments

Go to somewhere else to work.

Listen to ppl and quit favoring ppl bc outside work they hang out together

Basically they don't care about you at all. If you work hard prepare to work harder. There's no penalty for laziness but a heck of a hell tunnel if you actually manage to care about your job.
