What are some of the best things about your team?

Well we are not perfect and some team members are less supportive than others but overall we support each other when times are tough and help get the job done to achieve the desired result.

My team is kind, thoughtful, caring, and creative. I love my team.

People are not toxic or petty here.

Coworkers are all talk and no action, there is no support. Coworkers actively trying to undermine other departments

There are no reprocussions for negative behavior. People can do as they please as long as the boss likes them. Blatent favorites and I'm saying that as a favorite. You made the rules.
