If I were to say to my manager I want a raise, with no extra work, they would tell me "impossible". Yet they routinely tack on extra work to my existing tasks, and when I ask "well, are you going to pay me more for more work?", this is also impossible. If this seems wrong to you, you are correct.
Plant management should be more familiar with the struggles of their workers before they point blame at employees that are doing the best with what they got in hand..

Production is prioritized over safety. Over personal health even in the time of COVID. And maybe they could pay their employees a fair wage. Although they like to understaff us and draft massive amounts of overtime instead.
