Customers actively complain about quality of the product. This is directly tied to the toxic culture and poor operator motivation
Running us leaner and leaner, no COLA, all premium soap and few values (the real $$$), NO FINANCIAL INCENTIVES, which are the ONLY valid incentives. Again, nobody can pay their bills with "Atta boy"s.
Production is prioritized over safety. Over personal health even in the time of COVID. And maybe they could pay their employees a fair wage. Although they like to understaff us and draft massive amounts of overtime instead.
The improvement must come from managment
everything, complete change is ownership and management to start
The job itself would be good if the managers and operators knew what they were doing. Managers and leads are put in place without having enough training to do their jobs properly.
