People are nice, workload dont underestimate it requires dedication and commitment amd not sure if that is returned by the company in terms of giving postitve feedback and incentives to stay motiovated

Unsure but we try to stay positive and have events and get togethers otherwise it is all work and meetings with no fun or personal conversation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well we are not perfect and some team members are less supportive than others but overall we support each other when times are tough and help get the job done to achieve the desired result.
