The worst is the company car in Germany. it is very, very low

The pay is very solid compared to the market
Tuition reimbursement, help with student loans, and medical/dental benefits that start on Day 1. My husband is a pharmacist, but my health benefits are better than his, so we use mine.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Individual strengths utilized to maximize output
Well we are not perfect and some team members are less supportive than others but overall we support each other when times are tough and help get the job done to achieve the desired result.
My team is kind, thoughtful, caring, and creative. I love my team.
My team are smart and driven to do excellent work. They are supportive of each other and work well together.
People are not toxic or petty here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Those who want better keep pushing forward
coworkers and supervisors are down to earth
Unsure but we try to stay positive and have events and get togethers otherwise it is all work and meetings with no fun or personal conversation
