Recognition for a job well done and the people I get to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open to talking and working with regular staff. They don't sit in ivory towers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to keep things fun even during times of high stress and heavy workload. Managers are very transparent with their teams.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
So many meetings just to interview one candidate. Could be streamlined and consolidated for the sake of the candidate and interviewing teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work I'm asked to do for the sake of being on a "lean team" is not adequately compensated compared to the market.
