What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how honest and friendly it was. It didn't seem like there were any trick questions or I had to prove myself too hard. I really got a sense of the culture of the company from the interview.

Being able to help the team and contribute to the success of the project at a high level. I also enjoy the company of the team and talking with them throughout the day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
let the game devs do their jobs in terms of deciding major game mechanics and direction of the game. biz/dev/exec should not dictate those decisions, but rather have input. people in director roles should be the last guard for kneejerk executive decisions (i am running out of characters)
