The leadership team deeply cares about their employees and really considers them with every decision they make. They understand people are what makes a great company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help the team and contribute to the success of the project at a high level. I also enjoy the company of the team and talking with them throughout the day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how honest and friendly it was. It didn't seem like there were any trick questions or I had to prove myself too hard. I really got a sense of the culture of the company from the interview.
