I love that there are no unnecessary politics here. With bigger companies, you typically see power get to management's heads; however, at Hi-Rez, the leadership team seems just as humble as any other employee.

Fortunately, I have an amazing manager who's willing to fight for significant raises for me if appropriate. I can honestly say my hard work is noticed and appreciated, and that helps me rest assured that I will always be compensated fairly.

I love how comfortable it is here at Hi-Rez. You can completely be yourself without worrying about judgement, and that's typically pretty hard to come by in large companies. Everyone here is so welcoming and easy to get along with.
