I think it's great how employee-facing they are, at least the parts of the leadership I've seen, like Larson and Stew.

There are no political games. They are clear about what they want and provide clear feedback as to whether or not you are delivering.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team lunches, nameplates on the outsides of cubicles so it's easy to get to know people better outside your department.
