I appreciate the transparency of Stew, CEO and others leaders. When asked a direct questions they don't shy away from responding, even if the response is not popular.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to fail safe. Stew on down encourages and welcome trying new ideas. If the idea fall flat, its ok - it'll be noted as an idea that didn't work and on to the next.
