The open minded values and constant push to learn and make us all better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is eager to listen and collaborate on different projects. We all want the game to succeed so we share the excitement of new projects and support each other when things get difficult.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just like anyone, when I do my job well. More specifically when I am able to not limited in my craft and can create what I think is best. Luckily at Hi-Rez in the Animation Department we are rarely limited in what we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here comes from many different backgrounds but we all agree on wanting the games to do their best in the market. No matter our differences, Hi-Rez is a place where a group a talented artists, business affiliates, and iT can create games that we are excited about.
