Hard to say since I just started, but I would guess it's competitive healthcare. Salary is also good.

They really welcomed me with open arms and accept feedback without a chip on their shoulder. They remain passionate even if there are roadblocks or setbacks.

So far they are very collaborative on projects I work on with them, understanding the knowledge limitations that I have as a new employee but trusting my professional recommendations.
