HiRez is a great place to work. There's a lot of like minded friendly people here. I love the work I do and am happy that I feel satisfied creatively and am often challenged to make better content. The higher ups are approachable and are open to ideas. I can see myself growing here over time.

Definitely the people I work with. Generally the air here is friendly and collaborative.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very thorough. Asked me all about the process and I met everyone I'd be working with through the interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have a good head on their shoulders, and are open to other employees to contribute to new ideas. They're approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other game studios my salary is shorted. But, I do have benefits and stable work which gives me a piece of mind.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the people I work with. My team is supportive and strives to make great work. Great people in and out of the workplace. No big egos.
