The pace is fast as we love to try things, learn from them and improve in order to reach player satisfaction.

It was a great process. Everything was clearly communicated to me so I knew what / where / when and how.

My salary and compensation are fair. I like how Hi-Rez treat their employee. One of the company core value is to be responsible for the safety and well-being of the team and I think it is accurate.

Working at Hi-Rez Studios is great fun and iterative. We are passionate about our new ideas and try to turn them into fun game content. We are not afraid of taking risk and we are always happy to learn from our success and failure. Finally, we love our games and love our players communities.
