I started as an intern and got offered a full time position. Even as an intern I never felt like I wasn't part of the Hi-Rez team and this drove me to work hard for the company and prove how much I wanted to stay after the internship was over. 11/10 Would recommend

My team is feels very tight nit and I feel like that they are almost like family\.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of Hi-Rez definitely feels like it is accepting of all people regardless of race, gender, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to help users with their account issues and get them back out there and playing our games.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are transparent about all the company's standings us such. Also, they ingratiate themselves into the company culture instead of always acting like higher-ups.
