Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been a great transition from a more traditional software environment / big company culture. Here the halls feel alive with everyone focused on one common goal of producing great games. And let's face it, it's SO FUN! I wouldn't trade it for the world and feel lucky each day to be a part of it!

everyone matters, they take care of their employees, they are willing to move folks around as needed

they are very accessible and approachable and also very involved / knowledgeable about what each of us is doing

They are easily accessible and directly involved in what's going on, both long-term and short-term, with each game team.

we are fairly self-run and allowed the time to work on the items and projects that we deem the most impactful to the company

they believe in working hard but then having fun - it's also an amazing feeling to be a part of creating a game that people all around the world enjoy playing
