Working at Hi-Rez gives me the opportunity to work with a team on projects that both excite and challenge me. I have been incredibly fortunate to be able to work on a team with a manager who both trusts me and challenges me when I ask for more responsibility, and it's exactly what I need to grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the positive reception from the community to our games and the specific elements I have worked on brings me the most joy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get more PTO at Hi-Rez than any company I've worked at in the past, and feel like the company is quick to give bonuses when they're able to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like I'm part of a family at Hi-Rez. My manager takes the time to help me when I need it, and I always feel like my voice is heard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here is incredibly supportive and friendly. I feel like I am part of a team that understands the importance of lifting one another up, so that we can work well together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is a friendly, hardworking person who I feel comfortable coming to for questions. There is no pressure from my coworkers or manager to work long hours, and that motivates me to make the most of the time that I do spend on work. I feel like my work is appreciated by others.
