Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Looking at similar companies our benefits are not competitive. Ex: 3,000 Child Care Fund - Maven, 5,000 Professional, Development fund - TLN, 401 K match - multiple companies, Family Planning benefits - surrogacy and adoption not covered, Tech fund, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Even though there is a need for more specialists sessions across all 3 products, only 2 of the products have made them available which has limited my availability to be compensated as a specialist in my field. Additionally, full time and senior guides are not offered paid holidays, only 2 floating.
