Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Fast paced, opportunistic, frantic and void of prioritization. Work life balance is awful, especially for senior leaders. “ASAP” is the most commonly used term at the agency. Turnover is insane. 1 year is equivalent to 10 years at most jobs. Great place if you love ambigu
