Hard workers and love to work with each other.
The people here are awesome. Overall really smart, collaborative, great team members.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Realistic workloads and adequate training, better timelines for advancement and true investment in growth.
The pace and lack of prioritization is overwhelming. Reckless hiring and firing. Most senior hires last 4-6 months. They get worked into the ground and are left with no training or direction from leadership. There’s just no time for that when most are triple booked and working late night
