Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not appreciated for all we do

If I was treated with understanding and respect

As a leader my job was building a team. What made my team successful was my focus was treating them like I want My previous experience helped me to identify with my teams needs and with my training my agents made more than me. Aa leader the hardest part is managing the person on a hamster wheel.

Due to not being recognized as an employee & feeling outcasted by management. N having new hire onboarding a month later after i was hired. Communication, respect & recognition for dedication & experience in reason why to be hired to tge company

Company does not promote or grow employees. You can make a lot of money in a production position, but don't expect much more than that. Opportunities are slim to none. AVOID THIS INDUSTRY

Review from Marketing Dept

No room for growth. There are no opportunities. You become a prisoner of your own success. Leaders are fake and value what you wear than your character.

ou must give priority to those who are serious and work

Compensation was fine if the culture was normal.
