Communication! They are always very proactive about communicating what's happening with the business and our future objectives.

They are all extremely talented, and really push me to up my own skills.

Everyone is approachable and nice. I never feel stupid asking a question, and everyone is so helpful and kind in helping when I need it. And everyone is always super positive and invested in conversations that aim to improve how we work and what we deliver.

Kindness and ownership. Everyone is so kind, it makes every interaction a pleasure. No matter what it is, asking a question, answering a question, providing feedback, everyone is just effortlessly kind about. And the ability for everyone to take ownership and be supported by everyone else.
