What makes you most happy at work?

A strong sense of accomplishment, the team works hard to achieve massive goals. Building companies is difficult, and it's rewarding to be a part of a team that's accomplishing difficult things.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know that I'm under paid relative to market, however I am balancing that with the benefits of working with this team, the experience i'm afforded, and the current state of the business. I do hope that some time in the future Hiya is able to offer more competitive total compensation for my level.
