salary is solid for company of this size, and stock options are always renewed so there is equity incentive to stick around.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

everyone is always looking to grow and improve, but there is respect for everyone's individual need for balance (which changes over time)

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was interviewed many years ago before the company formally existed. But I like that we keep on improving our interview process to try to get increasingly relevant and insightful interviews. We don't just depend on silly technical questions.
