Generally good benefits across the board for a startup.

Everyone shows up to put in the work. Good agency and initiative to lead by example and do the work. Very smart people.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like their commitment to transparency. The regular cadence of all-hand, start of the year, and mid-year meetings are usually quite clear on what's going on across the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Hiya has done a good job for the most part in hiring people of good character and collaborative mindset. There is a commitment to maintaining quality and executing against the company values.
