Helping companies and individuals avoid the "bad guys."

What are some of the best things about your team?

Smart-as-a-whip, passionate about their work, try to make the best products we can.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I appreciate that we all get stock options and a chance to partake in the ownership of the business. I also like that we have a 401k match and a significant contribution from Hiya to our HSA plan.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was organized and I was kept informed of my status. Interviewers were engaged and efforts were made to wrap things up quickly...it wasn't long and drawn out waiting for someone's schedule to clear up to schedule an interview.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I really like the transparency that the leadership team offers. Employees her find out much more about the inner-workings and struggles as well as triumphs of this business than any other that I have worked at. I appreciate the trust that management shows in us by sharing that information.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company makes an effort to bring us all together at least twice a year to share in the vision of the company. We have a flexible work situation where we can spend significant time working remotely, but the company also provides nice offices and incentives for us all to gather on certain days.
