What makes you most happy at work?

Trying out new ideas, developing our own voice technologies for anti spoofing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Very customer and product centered, never losing the end goal of helping our customers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Professional but kind of low key, no desire to trick anybody or waste the candidates' time.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Very professional and engaged team, lots of self initiative to do things as best as possible. Good communication and support from everybody, nobody is afraid to go the extra mile and help people.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Always willing to try new ideas, not afraid to experiment and fail. They continuously push everybody to work on new and exciting things, promoting them to product if there's enough traction. Good communication policy and full transparency regarding company economics and future.
