There is a sense of fairness and honesty which builds trust between teams that are often far apart geographically.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was quite long and very extensive so this also gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about the company and its culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very transparent in their vision and implicates the whole company in their strategy. They've always been quick to own mistakes as well as to celebrate the successes.
