I love the tasks and duties I have as a stockman but many times I'm asked to do things in a time frame that are beyond capable of being done. I've come to love most but not all managers and assistant managers. Plenty of occasions I'm being yelled at and treated poorly over simple miscommunications.

If you are a full-time employee, you are expected to be available at all times for any schedules. Different managers may work with an employee, but that is not a guarantee.
How does Hobby Lobby make decisions around promotions?
They promote new store managers from already trained co-managers in other HL stores when possible. Typically, they will hire managers who have strong retail background from Lowe’s, Home Depot, Kmart, etc. But the asst. mngrs in the Store is usually a glorified dept head who might make 25-50 cents more an hour than a full-time employee.
