My overall experience at the company has been positive. I was allowed to evolve pretty fast and my missions continue to evolve as well. I feel like we are required a certain commitment, but it does not go unrewarded or unnoticed.

They are hard working, humble and make the office a place we look forward to go to. Collaboration with the team is often enriching, and generally smooth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is flexible and understanding. They trust me to do my job well and regularly provide me with content to help develop my professional skills.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the nature of my missions so I look forward to work to recruit, meet new people & learn more about talent acquisition. I'm also happy to see my coworkers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was given an assignment at the end of the interview. I think that is a fair way to assess an applicant's rigorousness and motivation about the job, as people have different interpersonal skills that can influence the interview process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our company culture is to not panic or let things get us down. In a startup things can move fast, which could generate stress but in those moments we take the time to step back and face challenges with a smile on our faces. We also know that we can count on each other.
