Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The bottom line employees are the structure that jokds up the store! Salary of 13.00 / hour is insufficient to maintain a povert level. We have a man who takes bus as dar as it goes then has to Uber to the store. He spends a good amt of his 13.00 fir transportation. Worrjs very hard for the store

I feel like we are over worked and very much under paid. We don't even get 40 hours as a full time employee, that is very sad. If we had some type of inventory system it would help with overstock. I enjoy working there, however it just seems like the people at the top does not care about us

I am a single mom and head of household so getting paid the same amount as a teenager is not reasonable. Especially considering i love coming into work and i put much pride in my day to just have some teenager at night mess up everything you worked hard for during the day to accomplish.

More money, alot od work for little pay

Never appreciated for everything you do and the pay needs to be higher than what it is!

As a coordinator, doing too many tasks and harldy in my deparment. Pay me my worth.

It would be nice to be listened to when problems arise instead of ignored and blamed

Pay me my raises that I earned don't take them away when the minimum goes up and then refuse to explain why.

I feel undervalue because I do so much work yet recieves so little pay. I wish the pay changes

Just words of kindness in thank you goes a long way

Either the work load they give employees needs to be lowered, or pay needs to be raised drastically.

Overworked with little staff, now i know why there was positions for hire. if only you guys made it worth staying there by payinf a fare wage.

While I was pregnant with my first child, they had me work harder than other employees in the store. Everyone knew about it. There were many employees who did not work as hard and had asked me to do work for them, the managers did not care. If everyone was treated the same, it would be fine.

I feel like I am constantly being discriminated against and treated unfairly. Management likes get up in front of peoples faces yelling, screaming, and reprimanding employees in front of others employees and customers

I am always shorthanded and do three people's jobs. They need to raise their pay for full time coordinators, as they are doing the majority of the work that keeps the store running .

Getting paid more than just charity money and better working conditions.

I was not paid correctly after being there for 5 years

For the amount of work i did and doing things beyond my responsibility and staying way over hours while my coworkers and managers webt home and we arrived at the same time is dissapointing and discouraging. Im only 21 and a student; they dont even communicate to you that theyre leaving

The people work really hard for less money

Raising compensation from charity salaries to a liveable wage.
