That they change the administration and place personnel with professional ethics
Employee training, decorum, less wait time for customers online.
Creating a culture thats fair and motivating
Communication is the main key.
The managers are more worried about themselve and not for the whole team! Example I was the only front end person on a busy day due to all the call outs! I was not allowed to take a break and then was written up for not taking my break
The bottom line employees are the structure that jokds up the store! Salary of 13.00 / hour is insufficient to maintain a povert level. We have a man who takes bus as dar as it goes then has to Uber to the store. He spends a good amt of his 13.00 fir transportation. Worrjs very hard for the store
I feel like we are over worked and very much under paid. We don't even get 40 hours as a full time employee, that is very sad. If we had some type of inventory system it would help with overstock. I enjoy working there, however it just seems like the people at the top does not care about us
I am a single mom and head of household so getting paid the same amount as a teenager is not reasonable. Especially considering i love coming into work and i put much pride in my day to just have some teenager at night mess up everything you worked hard for during the day to accomplish.
More money, alot od work for little pay
Never appreciated for everything you do and the pay needs to be higher than what it is!
Better communication, def better employee training.
Get better people to manage your stores
Focus on employees not credit card application
Training Better communication Give employee support, don't shame them by bringing them into it the office
Management that doesn't like to spread rumors
There needs to be a fairness with all employees and corporate needs to Understand that without us employees they have no business
Better management and key holders.
better leadership to have more employees enjoy working there. leave good working conditions for employees. what is that bullshit backroom you gave us? why can you not buy a new compactor instead of having us struggle with a 50 year old one. selfish company.
Better management. To actually care about the products and people instead of ignoring it.
They need way more people to work. More management. Better communication, organization, leadership and constructive criticism.
they should be more careful who they hire but they don't care
Hire managers who know what they are doing and care about employees. Every one is replaceable. You are just a worker to be abused until you are injured or quit. You mean nothing.
Tell employees the truth about work conditions and job description
need to train your nanagers on inti-samite training course the jews are good workers also.
More teamwork needs to be done.
If the company practiced what they preached. I heard so many similar cases like mine on different review sites. If the higher ups were in our shoes, theyd feel the same. Too busy pretending to be demi-gods. Its either going to fail or someone has to care.
Check who has leadership and power in your company bad people that degrade people that work for your company shouldnt have a role here
I have talked with many customers and they have said that the map of the store keeps changing everyday and that it is too cluttered.
More supervision and help for new employees who haven't yet adapted to the job
Transparency. Told they would promote and did not.
