Very laid back, non-intimidating, respectful of others, accommodating with scheduling needs
We always work as a team to get things done or if help is needed, rather its an employee or customer. I sure other HomeGoods stores are the same.

Review from Sales Dept
My coworkers were amazing! Some of the best people I've ever met and became friends with. There were a few. Untrustworthy people but for the most part, I've made some of the best friends I've had since working there. And I still am friends with them since I've stopped working there.

Respectful of each other, demonstrates manners, not gossiping, value collaboration and team effort
We show up and show out.. We always try to get work done and keep the shelves stocked
We can work together and communicate well together.
they are very positive and they work together to solve issues.
The people you work with can make it a great and positive day. It also depends on which manager you have. That is the biggest factor of how your workday is going to go. If you have a great manager and you work with great people, it's going to be a great day.

The feeling of being appreciated as a team player and not having managers who micromanage
Like I have said before everyone seems nice and cheerful when engaging with each other, makes it worth coming to a good environment.
i think it has always been a team effort on my job.
Everyone is treated fair and fell valued
The manager that interviewed me at my time of employment was very kind, caring and a positive manager. She ended up quitting after another another manager retired. That's when our store went downhill and we hired new management.

No typical nterview questions moreso just meeting each other, identifying schedule needs, etc.
Talking with the manager, getting to know me as a person and how I could benefit their company
The people giving the interview had a sense of humor which made the interview way easier and more comfortable.
I had all my questions answered.
I love the store and items that come in just like the customers. It's a great place. Just the wrong management, attitude on how to treat employees and if that could change, I feel the store would be 10 times better.
