Hooters Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They Pay Ok, It really could be More!!

My make ok money (very inconsistant).

Review from Operations Dept

Pay struture is good for me

Benefits including: dental, insurance, medical, vacation, leaves, retirement, taxes...

I make tips so for the most part I control my money.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

We are rewarded with gift cards and cash prizes if we really push our sale goals.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don’t get benefits or hours I get treated unfairly and less importa

Poor tips overall at this job as well as slow business.

any amount above the federal minimum wage for servers

Everything we do for the store is underrated and feel unappreciated. And we dont get paid enough to do things that we do

I feel undervalued because my job is hard. I think everyone in the company knows its rough for Hooters girls. I feel like waitress pay is ridiculous and hit or miss which can be a slap in the face and make the good feeling of working go away quickly

Id like my managers to actually be able to count down a drawer so they arent shorting me.

Better pay for the amount of time and training that is giving holiday pay paid vacations some type of benefits took out a check instead of payin

I need to speak with someone my life is in danger

There is no proper communication from management to employees

Review from Sales Dept

we are paid below minimum wage per hour, and have to live off our tips. we earn our own tips by working hard at each table, and then we are obligated to share our tips with the host- who makes more per hour- and also share our tips with the bartender- who also makes more in tips than we do-

Review from Sales Dept

If I was appreciated and given what was deserved

Review from Sales Dept

We dont get any benefits

Review from Sales Dept

we only get what we make and no benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

If service charge was added to checks

Review from Customer Support Dept

Not being fired for a child being hospitalized and having to leave work

Review from Sales Dept

Women are downplayed and worked to the bone and are just sex objects to the management and customers.

Yes to being undervalued. At this stage not sure if it would make a difference

Compensate me better than i am now

If management and corporate were better in almost every aspect.

by having better management, understandments
