What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have the freedom to be ourselves and with Gastonia's open kitchen concept we were able to communicate with bar guests and other customers and build friendships with all of those people and the leadership was always helpful if we needed help in the kitchen
They are solid they know what they're doing to make sure we know or we are doing
The willingness to teach and share certain experiences
Newest manager : She kept trying to blame me for everything she was messing up on only me like i didnt do anything i was cleaning while cooking and ig she didmt like that i knew what i was doing it was just to much like we are both adults and shes much older she needs to learn how to respect her wkp
The kitchen manager was very patient when training the kitchen staff

They Pay Ok, It really could be More!!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong workers willing to help others
Everyone at the Gastonia location got along and there wasn't much drama between people that worked there
The best things about my team is there are people that will stay and take care of things when people don't show up so I do the same thing so we're ready together
diversity. we have all kinds of ethnicity in our store
We all get along and work together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing at all it's draining and feels like bullying
Everyone at the Gastonia location knew each other pretty well staff and customers all learned things over time about each other and every one of us became a big family
The customers are typically pleasant
And that they encourage you and work with you and come and help when needed I love my team

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was asked some good questions
The manager was very personal clean foregoing and knowledgeable I feel comfortable
i already knew the manager. so it was hardly an interview

Everything Hooters was the best kitchen I ever worked in and I miss it everyday since we closed
Just the environment and we have and all around people good
My coworkers! Getting along with the people you work with is so important in my opinion, when you like the people you work with, it makes thing so much better.
