They listen, they ask for feedback, and they incorporate some of those ideas into their plans to make our jobs run smoother.
The willingness to listen and availability when needed.
The way they communicate is awesome
Most of the leadership team pushes you to strive for perfection not just for yourself, but for the customers who deserve our best.
everything, from communication to listening
Address issues that are brought to their attention. We are steady doing compliance on the way things should be but there is an individual that continues to harrass employees that are also in leadership transactionally through work and it filters to hourly associates that have witnessed it continue.
it's not just once a year, it does include monetary.
The cost of health insurance.
the childcare, medical and 401k
medical, pay, 401k, childcare and bonus
my compensation package was lower than most until my employee was promoted to supervisor and his starting pay was significantly more than mine and i have been a supervisor for 5 years. My pay was increased to meet what he was offered in the same year.
Due to the high average cost of living in the US compared with how long we are actively at work we should be paid much more than we already are. The minimum should be $20 rather than 15 and raises should be set in dollar increments as opposed to being based on change.
I feel like at our evaluations, those of us who push out the highest production should be able to recieve higher pay. Some of us get paid a lot less and we do a lot more than those who have higher pay.
higher pay, a voice/opinion on how we can work together to make day to day go more smoothly. respect for the knowledge I've gained in this type of business over the last 30 years without making me feel that my age phases me out.
the moto easy do business with only implies when you have the manpower. More demands and ever so changing policies and procedures who can keep up. Each person has to the pull the weight of 4. I understanding wanting to streamline everyone under one umbrella but even grades are graded on a curve.
the team work is awesome
Their quest to work together and move the product correctly.
They all have (for the most part) legitimate personalities.
We all push each other to do the best work we can and maintain a light hearted and effectively communicate on order to keep things flowing smoothly.
teamwork, respect for each other
They need to take the high school out of the workplace and bring more professionalism to the table, be more respectful of others and their accomplishments, when there is no competition in the workplace employees seem to work better as a team.
Need to be open to other people ideas and not overstep boundaries
They need to respect you when you join the team and not make you feel like your opinion doesn't matter. Some of the employees believe that only their opinion matters, and they overlook or ignore when others speak because their years of employment speak the loudest.
when the morale is down and or people are stressed, it also effects how we interact with each other,
by coming and doing what they need to do. instead of keeping up mess.
The company over all has a professional environment and cares about their employees as well as their customers
the family values, work environment
the family values and respect for each other
people are friendly and helpful
some people as well as other people from other locations can brighten up your day with a simple thank you
Becoming more in-tune with what the people want besides compensation.
We need to ensure that all departments are at full staff and are getting all expected work done while incentivising less overtime to ensure wotk is done within the 40 hour work week.

serving the needs of the customer
Accomplishing what I am tasked to do in a timely manner.
my coworkers, management team. The pay
The pay, my co-workers, and also helping to keep the customers happy
The overall environment is friendly and receiving. The customer are thankful for the help and assistance.
Higher wages and less down time
I enjoy the job however we put too much power in the customer and in a face paced environment they lack accountability for example know their acct number would lesson confusion when you have a language barrier, knowing a part# or how we distribute high volume
individuals that are in charge of the majority of the decisions and have control the company have eliminated most of the knowledgeable team members that can contribute in a positive way or have dumb them down so they will not say anything in fear of losing their jobs or the push back that will come.
