My experience has been pretty alright, however i feel like the points policy should be reviewed again, i feel like if some of us are out of work due to an illness and we have doctors excuses we should not receive points for that day, or if we do make it just 1 point per day covered with the excuse.

Most of the leadership team pushes you to strive for perfection not just for yourself, but for the customers who deserve our best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all push each other to do the best work we can and maintain a light hearted and effectively communicate on order to keep things flowing smoothly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like at our evaluations, those of us who push out the highest production should be able to recieve higher pay. Some of us get paid a lot less and we do a lot more than those who have higher pay.
