Learn how to talk to the people who is doing the work. Learn more about the job people are doing.

insurance is cheap and affordable/
The pay coupled with the insurance is a solid deal for me.

been with the company for over 10y and feel under valued in my pay for the amount of importance i bring to my department.
No need to say. They still going to do it there way
Before there was a lot of friends getting better positioned than those who deserve it I think you should be paid by what you know

We work together great as a team
there friendly and willing to help when things get busy.
We respect each other and treat each other fairly.
some will work together and knock things out.
They help each other good vibes communcation is great getting along with each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working together learn more about the business
Stop passing on your duties to others and help one another. It's all right to have friends, but you come to work to get a product app do your job and if you have time help the ones who need help.
better attitude and a sense of urgency needed instead of an i don't care attitude.

It's safe and comfortable to work in

Mangers need to learn the job
set realistic production goals. under promise, over deliver
Get upper management back in touch with reality
More pay to increase situation and reduce bill stress
Switch management to different positions not to be stuck in one area for 10 years

I can pay my bills and still be comfortable
knowing im going to accomplish a goal.
Staying busy and positive attitude
When the work is complete and it is time to clock out.

People not caring about there job.
Working overtime and getting nowhere
I need more money asap
Management don't respect us so we get where we don't respect them
I would like to see a collective buy-in dedicated to the operation, rather than errant focus on passing blame.
