What did you like most about the interview process?Openness, guidance, and structure. Very professionally guided by the HR albeit being extremely slow.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?The bank encourages speaking up but the attitude of the leadership leaves it on paper. When you speak up about something, you become the person creating headache. Leadership values no making a fuss more than actual constructive feedback.
