I really do love what I do and who I work for, both in terms of company and fellow employees. I just wish the pay were more competitive.

The culture is unique, and we really do look out for one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the pay scale is on the lower end. Yes, there are perks, such as free lunch and trips which are wonderful, but the annual raises are not on par with the cost of living. This is a good out of college job, but not financially for someone with a family to support.
