Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. I am really surprised and impressed by the flavor of the food. I am trying to stay in a calorie deficit so i chiose things under 500 calories and its all tasted honestly amazing. Didnt expect to like it this much. I also don't want to cook so i get the heat and serve meals. I dont waste grocery or $

The quality of yhr whole foods.

Keeping items cold during delivery. Too many things were spoiled because they were not packed properly in the box.

Great product-- but sorely lacking in operations. Customer service is overtapped, flailing, and floundering. With a great head of ops, they could be fantastic.
