Andy Edgar Green III — Executive VP & President of Technical Solutions Division at Huntington Ingalls Industries

Mr. Andy Edgar Green, III has been the President of Technical Solutions Division and Executive Vice President of Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. since December 2016. Mr. Green served as Vice President of Corporate Development & Shipbuilding at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. since January 16, 2015. Mr. Green served as a Corporate Vice President of Investor Relations at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. since April 2011. He was the primary interface between the investment community and the firm, helping to educate institutional investors and research analysts on the firm's business strategy, operations and financial results. Mr. Green also worked closely with the finance, communications and legal teams to analyze financial results; develop earnings announcements and prepared remarks, perform competitor and stock trading analyses and ensure compliance with all SEC regulations. Prior to this, Mr. Green served as a Vice President of Investor Relations at Celanese Corp. since August 2010. Before that, he was employed at Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Research Division. Earlier, Mr. Green was a Managing Director, High Yield Group and Analyst at Wachovia Securities, LLC, Research Division. He covered fixed income research of technology and IT services at the firm. Before this, Mr. Green was a Vice President at First Union Securities, Inc. He covered defense, aerospace and technical services at the firm. He has also held management positions at Eaton Corporation. Mr. Green completed the U.S. Navy's nuclear power program and served as an officer aboard the ballistic missile submarine USS Tecumseh (SSBN 628), qualifying both as engineer officer and strategic weapons systems officer. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Duke University and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy
