  • Racist. You have to be apart of the Good old boys club

  • It's ok. Not the creative environment, everything is procedure driven

  • Inter-office politics and micromanagement is rife. There are well defined "cliques" within the office.

  • You generate vacation time per pay period, starting at 3 hours per pay period and capping at 6 once you've work continuously for 20 years. Getting approval for anything over two days is a real struggle.

  • More hours the longer you work there. Pick up a little every pay period.

  • Promotions are usually given to people they are too afraid to fire. Promotions within the office structure for the average worker are non-existent.

  • You have to apply for any position even if you are already hired. Sometimes they might have someone inmind when a job req is posted but at all of times it's crab shoot.
