What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Weed out the useless negative people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just putting my shield down and welding. I love it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Passing the weld tests and learning new things at the training center.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is not a whole lot of standout leadership. There are some great foreman and some very poor ones. I wish hard work was more incentivized. Lazy people and great workers are compensated the same. Looking at the money brought in and actual profits Ingalls need a complete corporate restructuring.
