The managers I have worked with so far have been good at listening and understanding our issues.

The leadership team is great!
There is not a whole lot of standout leadership. There are some great foreman and some very poor ones. I wish hard work was more incentivized. Lazy people and great workers are compensated the same. Looking at the money brought in and actual profits Ingalls need a complete corporate restructuring.
