What do you like best about the leadership team?

Its not applicable to me.

The leadership team is too high level

They are taking initiative to move forward quick through continuous performance improvement

Everything is hands on and Productive

Could comunnicate better with employees

They are honest and truthful about their mission

There is not a whole lot of standout leadership. There are some great foreman and some very poor ones. I wish hard work was more incentivized. Lazy people and great workers are compensated the same. Looking at the money brought in and actual profits Ingalls need a complete corporate restructuring.
